The OCHS Annual Fund has been making second chances possible for countless adoptable pets over the years. Loyal OCHS supporters contribute to the Annual Fund each year, helping meet our ongoing need for flexible, unrestricted income to support our mission and impact the animals across the nation. As unrestricted gifts, these contributions are used by the OCHS on a daily basis where the needs and opportunities are greatest.crucial goals: providing care to lost and unwanted pets and finding permanent, loving homes for adoptable pets.Your donation today will mean we can continue to fund our life-saving work that will impact each one of our animals. Some of these programs include: Implementing the Meet your Match program, a unique dog and cat adoption program that increases successful adoptions bymatching potential owners to their pets. We offer informational materials, go home adoption packets and pet obedience courses to new owners, ensuring that new owners have all they need when they take home their new pet also enabling us to reach out to our community regarding humane education and pet care. OCHS also offers programs for young adults and children to participate in, increasing animal welfare awareness and responsibility of pet care and ownership. |
